Each session in the pod is 20 minutes, which is sufficient for most dogs. We offer extra time in blocks of 5 minutes for $5.

Walk-ins are always welcome!

We offer first time customers a courtesy reservation to try before committing to a package. First time customers can make a reservation by calling (332) 257-2376.

Single Washes are on a walk-in basis only.

Package holders receive access to the online booking system following purchase of a package.

5 Wash and 10 Wash Packages don't expire. You can use the alloted number of washes over any period of time.

The Unlimited Wash Package gives unlimited washes for 12 months.

A Single Wash is $30.

5 Wash Pack reduces price to $20 p/wash.

10 Wash Pack reduces price to $18 p/wash.

No need to bring anything! Our wash pod has everything you need - wash products, towels, brushes, after wash mists and more.

All you need to bring is yourself and your dog!

Yes we do. We. have fabulous groomers in the East and West Village who provide bath & cut packages. All of our packages include complimentary nail clipping, ear cleaning and teeth brushing. Appointments can be booked online or by calling our store. Learn more here.

The 5 Wash and 10 Wash packages can be used across one or multiple different dogs up to the number of washes purchased on the package.

The Unlimited Package can be used on a single dog for a 12 month period. If you're interested in the Unlimited Wash Package and have multiple dogs, you can discuss options with a staff member.

Only one dog can be washed in the tub at a time.

Multiple bookings/services are required to wash multiple dogs.
